OPPO’s global debut! a rare 7-core configuration in the industry.

OPPO plans to officially launch its new foldable flagship Find N6, model number CPH2765, after the Spring Festival . The phone has already appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking website, attracting considerable attention.

Most surprisingly, this phone will be the world’s first to launch with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8E5 flagship platform, and it uses a very rare architecture.

Unlike the standard Snapdragon 8E5 with its octa-core configuration, the Find N6 features a new 7-core version. This chip consists of two 4.61GHz super cores and five 3.63GHz large cores, one less performance core compared to the standard version.

According to leaked benchmark data, the 7-core Snapdragon 8E5 achieved a single-core score of 3524 and a multi-core score of 9090. Although it lags behind the 8-core standard version, which breaks 11,000 points in multi-core performance, this trade-off is very smart for the special form factor of foldable screens.

By reducing one core, OPPO can more effectively control power consumption and heat generation while maintaining flagship-level performance. For foldable phones, where internal space is extremely limited, this not only results in longer battery life but also makes the device more stable under high loads.

Beyond its innovative performance solutions, the OPPO Find N6 is also directly tackling the industry challenge of crease depth. Reliable sources indicate that the crease depth of this phone will challenge the industry’s shallowest record. Based on the current prototype, its visual smoothness is already far ahead of competitors, providing users with a near-seamless visual experience similar to a tablet.

The Find N6 has already successfully obtained network access permission and is available in two versions: a standard version and a satellite communication version. With the end of the Spring Festival holiday, this highly anticipated domestically produced foldable flagship will soon be officially announced.
