In terms of core configuration, the Dimensity 8400 adopts the same full-large core architecture design as the flagship chip, 
with 8 Arm Cortex-A725 large cores with a main frequency of up to 3.25GHz, and the second-level cache is doubled and the third-level cache is increased by 50%.

According to official data, the CPU multi-core performance is 41% higher than the previous generation of chips, and relying on precise energy efficiency control technology, the multi-core power consumption of the Dimensity 8400 CPU is reduced by 44% compared to the previous generation.

The power consumption in scenarios such as gaming, listening to music, recording videos, and social chatting has also been significantly reduced, helping to extend the battery life of the terminal.

The GPU is the Arm Mali-G720 GPU, with a peak performance improvement of 24% and power consumption reduction of 42% compared to the previous generation.
