The Snapdragon 8 Gen5 phone is coming: possibly the most cost-effective in history

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Summit is scheduled for September 23rd-25th in Maui, Hawaii. Recent reports indicate that in addition to releasing the next-generation flagship chip, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 (the second-generation Snapdragon 8 Extreme), Qualcomm also plans to launch the cost-effective Snapdragon 8 Gen5.
