The vivo X500 Pro Max with four color options revealed.

The vivo X500 series is scheduled to be released on September 21. This is vivo’s flagship of the year, and this year marks the first time that a Pro Max model has been launched.

Today, vivo officially unveiled the X500 Pro Max’s appearance, which comes in four colors: Earth Echo, Sunset Glow, Sunny Day, and Night Photography.

In terms of overall appearance, the vivo X500 Pro Max is similar to the previous X300 Ultra, adopting a spliced ​​back panel + large circular Deco design, with the Zeiss logo built into the module.

Imaging is the main highlight of the X500 series, aiming to become “the first choice for photography and the only choice for video”.

To achieve cinematic video standards, Blueprint has deeply customized its imaging hardware, equipping it with the “Blueprint Pro 900” Zeiss super dynamic main camera, co-developed with Sony, which boosts the dynamic range of the video to a cinematic 17EV.

In terms of video capabilities, thanks to the experience gained from the X300 Ultra, Vivo has equipped the Blueprint 900 with OIS 3-degree wide-angle gimbal-level image stabilization, doubling the stabilization range compared to its predecessor. In still photography scenarios, the camera’s stabilization performance is equally outstanding, reaching the CIPA 7.0 professional-grade stabilization standard.

In addition, there’s the Zeiss 200MP APO super telephoto lens, using the same Blueprint x Samsung HP0 sensor as the X300 Ultra, boasting a 1/1.4-inch super-large sensor and supporting hardware 4x ISOZ. The telephoto algorithm has also been iterated and upgraded, bringing improvements to three core capabilities.

The X500 Pro Max also boasts a top-tier screen in the industry, being the world’s first to feature a BOE Q11 2K Zeiss Master Color Screen with a 6.85-inch size.

In terms of image quality, the new luminescent material optimizes the scrolling motion effect by 93% compared to the previous generation; with the help of hardware Demura and vivo’s self-developed pixel-level compensation algorithm, color uniformity is improved by 43% and brightness uniformity is improved by 22%, achieving cinematic full-link color display.

At the same time, power consumption is reduced by 21% compared to the previous generation 1.5K screen, screen lifespan is doubled, and improved picture quality does not sacrifice battery life.
