Xiaomi 17T series debuts Leica Live dynamic photos: Leica dual-image quality with built-in watermark

The Xiaomi 17T series will be released on June 8. Today, the official announcement revealed that the phone will feature a brand new function – Leica Live dynamic photos.

This is also the first time this feature has been used, supporting both Leica Classic and Leica Vivid exclusive image quality, and will also feature a brand new Leica Live Moment watermark, creating a full sense of atmosphere.

The Xiaomi 17T series has two models: the Xiaomi 17T and the Xiaomi 17T Pro, both of which are equipped with MediaTek chips and Leica imaging systems.

The imaging hardware features a Leica Summilux lens. The main camera of the Xiaomi 17T Pro is equipped with a 50-megapixel OIS Light Hunter 950 large sensor, with a 1/1.31-inch size, f/1.67 aperture, OIS image stabilization, and a native 13.5EV ultra-high dynamic range.

It features a 50MP telephoto lens with 5x OIS and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, with a telephoto equivalent of 115mm. It supports 10x lossless zoom, 120x AI super-resolution zoom, and 30cm macro shooting.

The Xiaomi 17T features a 50MP Light Hunter 800 sensor with a 1/1.55-inch sensor size, f/1.7 aperture, and OIS image stabilization. It boasts 2.0μm pixel size with 4-in-1 pixel binning, and is paired with a 12MP 120° ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50MP 5x OIS periscope telephoto lens.

In other aspects, the Mi 17T features a 6.59-inch 120Hz high refresh rate screen, a Dimensity 8500-Ultra chip, a built-in 6500mAh battery, and supports 67W wired fast charging.

The higher-end Xiaomi 17T Pro features a 6.83-inch 144Hz high refresh rate screen, a Dimensity 9500 flagship chip, a built-in 7000mAh battery, and supports 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
