The first 1,000-yuan mobile phone with Quantum Secret Talk is released!
China Telecom’s Quantum Secret Talk welcomes a new member – ZTE V80. As the first customized phone of Quantum Secret Talk in the thousand-yuan range, it will provide users with a new choice of quantum encrypted call services.
Previously, China Telecom launched the world’s first operator-level quantum secure call service – Quantum Secret Talk , which integrates “quantum key + customized terminal + domestic chip + national secret algorithm”.
It uses the key generated by the quantum key distribution mechanism to protect calls. The key is truly random and each call has a unique key. It can solve the security needs of users in mobile call scenarios and make calls fearless of eavesdropping!
Since its launch in 2022, Quantum Secret Talk has undergone long-term security testing among a large number of users and has ensured more than 1 million encrypted calls.
Unlike other secure call products on the market, Quantum Secret Talk breaks the restrictions of brands and models and achieves true wide compatibility. Quantum Secret Talk has previously supported models such as Huawei Mate60 series, Huawei Mate40E, and Tianyi Platinum 10.
Quantum Secret Talk does not change the traditional way of making phone calls. You can dial directly using the native dial pad. The system will automatically determine whether both parties meet the conditions for an encrypted call. If both parties meet the conditions, an end-to-end encrypted call will be established. If not, it will fall back to an ordinary call. There is no difference in operation and perception from an ordinary call.
