OnePlus Ace 6T features the same glass fiber as top-tier Android flagship phones
Fast Technology reported that OnePlus China President Li Jie introduced the design details of the OnePlus Ace 6T.
Firstly, there’s the weight balance. Generally, phones tend to be top-heavy after being fitted with an 8-series battery. OnePlus has optimized the internal stacking to achieve a 50:50 golden weight distribution, making it feel balanced whether you’re playing games in landscape mode or watching videos in portrait mode.
Secondly, it fits the palm better. The Ace 6T has a specially designed micro-arc metal frame, which is an arc that you will love as soon as you hold it. It looks neat and feels more comfortable in your hand.
Thirdly, the Ace 6T uses two materials. The Flash Black and Shadow Green versions continue the flagship silk glass process, offering a delicate feel and resisting fingerprints. Let’s focus on the Electric Purple version. OnePlus uses the same fiberglass material as top-tier Android flagships, with a more refined process. Especially when rotated under light, the subtle sheen is truly luxurious.
Li Jie also mentioned that he has seen many friends complaining that OnePlus has removed the three-stage switch. He officially responded: it has not been removed, but upgraded to a more convenient shortcut key. It still supports one-click switching between silent/vibrate/ring and has added custom functions, such as one-click flash note, which is very easy to use.
In addition, the OnePlus Ace 6T is the first to feature Qualcomm’s fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 platform, a built-in 8000mAh battery, supports 100W wired flash charging, ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint recognition, and full-level water resistance.
Li Jie stated that the OnePlus Ace 6T aims for high performance and maximum battery life, making it a fundamentally different new option from other performance phones.
