the Huawei Mate 80 series has been in short supply. The Pro series, in particular, has faced immense pressure on production capacity due to market demand far exceeding expectations, particularly for the Kirin 9030 series chips it powers.

The good news is that the supply situation for the Huawei Mate 80 Pro is gradually improving. Huawei’s online store shows that the 12GB+256GB version of the Huawei Mate 80 Pro is now available for immediate purchase, while the higher-spec 16GB+512GB version is also fully open for purchase, with shipping expected to be completed before March 15th.

In terms of core configuration, the Huawei Mate 80 Pro features subtle chip differentiation across its different memory versions. The 12GB memory version is equipped with the Kirin 9030 chip, while the 16GB memory version is upgraded to the more powerful Kirin 9030 Pro. Currently, the starting price of this phone is 5999 yuan, making it highly competitive in the market.

In contrast, the higher-end Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max and Mate 80 RS Master remain in high demand and short supply. To alleviate the pressure of these limited-time offers, Huawei Mall launched a 30-day pre-order program on February 5th. Under this program, orders were shipped sequentially, eliminating the need for users to wait in line; they simply placed their orders and waited patiently.

However, the first round of pre-orders for the Mate 80 Pro Max has now ended. For those who missed this opportunity, it is recommended to keep an eye on the official online store for updates on the next round of pre-orders to ensure you receive shipping information as soon as possible.
