REDMI’s evaluation and upgrade service offers larger batteries than the original.
According to a report by the blogger Digital Chat Station on June 18, REDMI is evaluating a service to upgrade older models with larger batteries, allowing these older models to be fully revitalized and even surpass the original batteries.
Recently, the battery upgrade service for the Xiaomi 13 series has been officially launched, covering the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 13 Ultra models.

This service can replace the phone’s battery with a larger capacity one. The battery upgrade costs 149 yuan, plus a 40 yuan labor fee (including testing, debugging, and upgrade services).
After the upgrade, the battery capacity of all three models has been significantly improved:
Xiaomi 13: 4500mAh → 4850mAh
Xiaomi 13 Pro: 4820mAh → 5361mAh
Xiaomi Mi 13 Ultra: 5000mAh → 5500mAh
The entire Xiaomi 14 series has now been re-registered and registered online. It is expected to be a test device for increasing battery capacity, and a battery replacement service may be opened later to improve battery life.
This is actually a way to maintain users amidst soaring costs. It gives existing users more peace of mind and extends the lifespan of older products, so there’s no problem with not replacing them in the short term.
