Folding screen performance ceiling! Honor Magic V5 is scheduled to be released on July 2

Honor Magic V5 was officially announced today and will be officially released at 19:00 on July 2.
According to reports, the Honor Magic V5, codenamed Maybach, will be equipped with the full-blooded Snapdragon 8 Extreme Leading Edition, becoming the industry’s most powerful folding screen.

The frequency of the two Oryon super cores in the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition CPU has been increased from 4.32GHz to 4.47GHz, and the GPU has been increased from 1100MHz to 1200MHz.
This processor was previously first launched by Honor GT Pro, with an AnTuTu score of over 3.44 million points.

In addition, Honor Magic V5 is still positioned as a lightweight and foldable device. This time, Honor has made it the thinnest in the industry. The thickness when folded will be less than 9mm, reducing the burden of carrying the folding screen.
In terms of other configurations, the Honor Magic V5 will use a 7.95-inch 2K+LTPO screen, built-in 5950mAh battery (rated value), and support 66W wired fast charging.
The imaging has been upgraded and is equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera, supporting Beidou satellite text messages, side fingerprint, etc.
Four colors are available: velvet black, warm white, dawn gold, and silk road Dunhuang.
