The upcoming OnePlus 15R has been spotted on Geekbench where its main specifications have been revealed. This phone is scheduled to launch on December 17 and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset from Qualcomm.
Geekbench has listed OnePlus device carrying the model number CPH2767 which is believe to be the upcoming 15R. According to the listing the device runs on the latest Android 16 operating system and comes with 12GB of RAM which should make it capable of handling demanding apps and multitasking easily.
In the Geekbench tests the phone managed to score 2,846 points in the single core performance test and achieved 9,775 points in the multi core performance test.
OnePlus is set to launch the 15R globally which is expected to be a rebranded version of the Ace 6T recently introduced in China. The company has confirmed that the global variant will come with a display that supports a 165Hz refresh rate offering smoother visuals for gaming and scrolling. It will also feature a high level IP66/68/69/69K rating for water and dust resistance a custom G2 Wi-Fi chip for faster connectivity and a dedicated display chip to enhance screen performance. The smartphone is expected to come in two versions: one with 256GB of internal storage paired with 12GB of RAM costing approximately €949 or £849 and a higher end version with 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM priced at around €999 or £879.
