Honor 700 Series Design Leaked: Horizontal Large Matrix Mirror Group and Native Rear Screen Steal the Show
The Honor 700 series is now available for pre-order at offline stores, with the official launch scheduled for this month. As pre-orders begin, the new phone’s design and core specifications are gradually being revealed, with the rear screen design and performance being two major highlights.
In terms of appearance, the Honor 700 series adopts a horizontal large matrix DECO design. The most eye-catching feature is the addition of a native back screen with a rounded rectangular design that blends seamlessly with the DECO. This back screen can display information such as time and notifications, and can also be used for selfie framing, reducing the frequency of main screen activation and bringing more interactive methods to the phone.
In terms of performance, the Honor 700 series adopts a dual 8-series chip solution. The standard version is equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen4, while the Pro version is upgraded to a Snapdragon 8 Gen5. The Snapdragon 8s Gen4 uses TSMC’s 4nm process and a CPU with a “1+3+2+2” architecture; the Snapdragon 8 Gen5 uses TSMC’s N3P process and a self-developed Orion all-big-core architecture, further improving CPU, GPU, and AI performance.
In addition, the Honor 700 series also supports external 200mm telephoto lenses. In recent years, young people’s enthusiasm for watching concerts has been rising, but due to the size of the venue and the shooting distance, ordinary mobile phones often find it difficult to clearly capture the stage scene in the distance.
With the addition of an external teleconverter, users can enhance their long-distance shooting capabilities and achieve clearer recording of stage details. This design also better caters to the concert shooting needs of younger users, bringing a new differentiating selling point to the Honor 700 series.
