Honor Executive Highlights Crease Free Display on Magic V6
The buzz around the upcoming Honor Magic V6 continues with the latest teaser providing our clearest glimpse yet of the foldable’s inner screen. Honor executive Wang Fei took to Weibo to share the images which reveal a smooth and uninterrupted display free of any visible crease in the center.
When looking directly at the main display, it genuinely appears to be completely free of any crease which is quite remarkable considering that nearly all current foldable phones show at least some kind of ridge running along the center of the screen.

According to Wang Fei, Honor managed to deliver the Magic V6 with a crease free display without making any compromises on other crucial aspects including its slim and lightweight design, generous battery capacity and overall performance. In addition Honor had already confirmed that the device would include both IP68 and IP69 ingress protection ratings, a combination that could make the V6 the first foldable smartphone to achieve such impressive durability standards.
Reports indicate that the device will offer enhanced display protection with ultra thin glass (UTG) alongside a remarkable industry leading reflection rating of just 1.5% which should greatly improve the screen’s visibility when used in extremely bright outdoor conditions. Additionally, Honor is incorporating an updated Super Steel Hinge to enhance the device’s overall durability and the innovative design of the internal components is likely a major factor in eliminating any visible crease on the inner display.

The competition for seamless foldable displays is clearly heating up. Not only is Honor showcasing its crease free Magic V6 but Oppo is also teasing its upcoming Find N6 which reportedly features a crease less main display. Meanwhile, Honor is preparing to officially reveal the Magic V6 at MWC Barcelona on Sunday, March 1 where fans can expect to see more details about the phone’s design and features.
