Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design With 100x Zoom Coming In March
Honor announced at the MWC 2024 conference the upcoming release of the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design, set to officially launch in March. This announcement was accompanied by a teaser video that provided a first look at some aspects of the new device’s design. Notably, the rear camera module appears to feature a unique polygonal design with a metallic outer ring, marked with “100X” to indicate its capability for 100x zoom photography.
The Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design will continue to incorporate core features such as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, satellite communication, Juran glass, variable aperture, and the second-generation Qinghai Lake battery.
A significant breakthrough in imaging technology is anticipated with this model, as it will be the first to feature the OV50K sensor from OmniVision. This 1-inch sensor is expected to rival Sony’s LYT900, offering increased light intake, improved color performance, and faster focusing speeds. This marks a notable advancement for OmniVision sensors, making the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design a highly anticipated release.
