Honor Magic V Flip2 is officially scheduled to be released on August 21, and the official poster also revealed its appearance.

The new product still uses an extra-large external screen solution, but compared to the previous generation’s “big and small eyes” design, it has been changed to two cameras of the same size, which looks obviously coordinated.

As for the size, the previous generation has almost reached the top, and there will not be much breakthrough if the overall plan remains unchanged. It is expected to be around 4 inches, which is already the largest size in the industry.

What is quite unique about the Honor Magic V Flip2 is that the flash is placed in the lower half, avoiding excessive encroachment on the external screen space. It may refresh the record of the screen-to-body ratio of the external screen and has a high degree of recognition.

According to leaks, the Honor Magic V Flip2 will also be the small folding phone with the largest battery this year, with a built-in 5500mAh battery and support for 80W fast charging.

It uses a 6.8-inch LTPO main screen with an expected resolution of 2520*1080, supporting 1-120Hz multi-frequency refresh rate and ultra-high frequency PWM dimming.

In terms of core configuration, the Honor Magic V Flip2 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 series sub-flagship chip, which is expected to be the fourth-generation Snapdragon 8s. The chip is built using TSMC’s 4nm process.

The CPU is 1*3.21GHz X4+3*3.01GHz A720+2*2.80GHz A720+2*2.02GHz A720; the GPU uses Adreno 825 of the same generation as the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition Adreno 830. The overall performance of the chip is comparable to the third-generation Snapdragon 8.
