The iPhone 16 series has unveiled a significant change in its camera layout, moving away from the diagonal arrangement that has been a staple for the past four years. The standard and Plus versions of the iPhone 16 now feature a vertical camera alignment on the left side, reminiscent of the iPhone 11 series launched in 2019, albeit with a smaller camera module base. This update has sparked nostalgic reactions among netizens, with some jokingly saying it takes them back to 2019.

Additionally, the iPhone 16 series has integrated an Action button across all models, offering up to nine different customizable functions. A new Capture button has also been spotted on the right side of the device. This button, unique to the U.S. market, is positioned where the mmWave 5G antenna is located and features a mechanical design with a capacitive surface, supporting zoom gestures.

The images further reveal that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be slightly larger than their iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus counterparts. It is expected that the iPhone 16 Pro will feature a 6.3-inch display, up from 6.1 inches, and the iPhone 16 Pro Max will have a 6.9-inch display, increased from 6.7 inches.
