Key specifications of the REDMI Turbo 6 Max have been finalized: an unprecedented 7-inch 2K screen and an 11000mAh battery.
The REDMI Turbo 6 Max will feature a 7-inch 2K screen, an 11000mAh battery, and will continue to use the Dimensity 9500s chip. Compared to its predecessor, the Turbo 5 Max, the upgrades this time focus on the screen and battery life.
The screen is the most noticeable change in the Turbo 6 Max. The 7-inch 2K screen is a first for the REDMI Turbo series. The benefits of the large screen are direct: a wider field of view for games, a stronger sense of immersion in audio and video, and more display space for both applications when splitting the screen. The 2K resolution ensures that there is still enough sharpness even at a large size, and the pixelation will not be obvious due to the larger screen.
The battery capacity has been further increased from tens of thousands to 11,000mAh, making it the Xiaomi model with the largest battery capacity. This will greatly alleviate battery anxiety for heavy gamers.
Furthermore, this device will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chip. This chip uses TSMC’s 3nm process, features an all-large core CPU, and supports hardware-level ray tracing in its GPU, maintaining flagship-level performance even today. It can maintain good frame rates even under heavy gaming loads.
With the cost of 2nm chips rising significantly, continuing to use the market-proven Dimensity 9500s ensures smooth performance for both gaming and everyday use while helping to control overall system costs. Combined with the Turbo series’ consistent high-quality cooling components, the performance potential of this chip remains promising.
In terms of product positioning, the Turbo 6 Max continues the differentiated approach of “large screen + super large battery”, using a 7-inch 2K screen and an 11000mAh battery to make it stand out, while relying on the mature Dimensity 9500s to stabilize performance and price.
