The battery upgrade for Xiaomi 14/14 Pro is expected to launch on October 1st!

Xiaomi customer service recently stated that the battery upgrade service for Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro is expected to be officially launched on October 1st, with the regular service price for both models being 189 yuan.
With the new battery, the Xiaomi 14’s battery capacity will increase from 4610mAh to 4795mAh; the Xiaomi 14 Pro’s battery capacity will increase from 4880mAh to 5140mAh, resulting in improved battery life.
However, the charging time will also change as the battery capacity increases. With the charging power remaining the same, the charging speed of the new battery is the same as that of the original battery. Therefore, due to the larger capacity, the time required to fully charge the battery will also increase accordingly.
For users still using the Xiaomi 14 series, a new official battery with a larger capacity can be purchased for 189 yuan, which is much cheaper than replacing the entire phone.
