Coolpad Cool X Wide officially launched for pre-order today and will go on sale on November 8th, starting at 999 yuan. It is the first wide-bar phone in the Android camp.
The biggest highlight of this device is its brand-new form factor. It features a 6.38-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1158 and supports a 90Hz refresh rate. It adopts a 16:10 aspect ratio, which is wider and provides more horizontal display space compared to the mainstream 20:9 elongated screen. When watching videos, the picture almost fills the screen, and more text can be displayed in a single line when reading e-books.
The device measures 150.3mm high, 94.5mm wide, and 8.95mm thick, weighs approximately 209g, features a horizontal racetrack-style camera module with a coolpad logo, and is available in three colors.
The overall design is very similar to the Huawei Pura X View, continuing the wide, straight design pioneered by Huawei, but with a price point in the thousand-yuan range.

It has a built-in 4600mAh battery, supports 18W fast charging, and features a 50-megapixel main rear camera.
It supports dual SIM dual standby, fingerprint unlocking, and other functions. It also supports running multiple WeChat accounts simultaneously (up to 8 accounts) and split-screen operation.
