vivo plans to officially release its annual flagship model, the X300 Ultra, this month. This highly anticipated new phone was already showcased at MWC 2026, generating significant attention within the industry.

Compared to its predecessor, the most significant change in the vivo X300 Ultra’s design is the return to a completely flat screen. This signifies the end of the era of the once-popular full-width curved screen, marking another shift in the design trends of the mobile phone industry.

It is reported that the screen of this new phone is exclusively supplied by BOE and measures 6.82 inches. It boasts an ultra-high resolution of 2K+ and a 120Hz refresh rate, and supports LTPO intelligent dynamic adjustment technology. With its ultra-narrow four-sided equal-bezel design, its visual experience, handling, and screen protector application convenience far surpass its predecessor.

In addition to the radical transformation of the screen form factor, the vivo X300 Ultra also features an epic upgrade in its imaging system. It achieves 4K 120fps 10-bit Log video recording across all focal lengths and fully supports 4K 120fps Dolby Vision specifications across all focal lengths.

More importantly, this flagship model features OIS optical image stabilization across the entire zoom range. Whether users are using wide-angle or telephoto lenses, image quality, dynamic range, and color reproduction remain highly consistent, freeing creators from the frustration of image quality discrepancies between different lenses.

To push mobile photography to new heights, vivo also launched a brand-new professional photography kit, which includes the 400mm vivo Zeiss teleconverter, known as the king of teleconverters, and a new professional photography grip, significantly raising the professional ceiling for long-distance shooting.

In response to these powerful hardware configurations, vivo product manager Han Boxiao emphasized on social media that the new X300 Ultra will truly achieve the goal of putting a camera in your pocket, becoming an all-around weapon in the field of mobile creation.
