Xiaomi expands global beta testing of Surge OS 4! Xiaomi 17T and 15 series added.
Fast Technology reported that Xiaomi has further expanded the global beta testing scope of Surge OS 4, and a new batch of models are now open for recruitment, covering the Xiaomi 17T series and Xiaomi 15 series.
The specific models are as follows:

Xiaomi Mi 15 Ultra
Xiaomi 15
Previously, the global beta test of Surge OS 4 had been opened to models such as Xiaomi 17 and Xiaomi 17 Ultra.
With the addition of these four devices, the range of models supported for testing has been further expanded.
It is understood that this round of Beta testing is mainly aimed at eligible users who are running the Global and EEA European versions of the system.
Users can go to the Xiaomi Community App and apply to participate in the test on the “ME-Beta testing-Recruiting test” page.
Surge OS 4 is built on Android 17, and the system interface has been upgraded again, introducing a brand-new “soft light glass” design.
Through the use of translucent materials, dynamic blur, and lighting effects, the transparency and layering of the system interface are further enhanced , and the overall visual style is more unified.
