vivo Y500 will be officially released at 19:00 on September 1. The new phone will be equipped with an 8200mAh ultra-thin blue ocean battery for the first time, and has the longest battery life in vivo’s history.

Today, vivo continues to warm up its new phone. The Y500 uses semi-solid-state battery technology, can maintain stable battery life at -20℃ to 40℃, and is claimed to be “durable for 6 years.”

It is reported that the phone supports 90W wired fast charging and global direct power supply, which can reduce the impact on battery health when charging and using at the same time.

In addition to the large battery, the Y500 is also waterproof , supporting IP69+, IP69, and IP68. It is the strongest waterproof in vivo’s history and can withstand 24 hours of soaking without any pressure.

Thanks to its Diamond Rock architecture, the phone has passed the SGS Gold Label five-star drop and fall resistance certification and five military standard environment tests.

In other aspects, the vivo Y500 is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, has 700% louder volume, 3D panoramic audio, and is equipped with a second-grab engine, with signal strength increased by up to 255%.
