Honor Win and Win RT Camera Features Surface Ahead of Launch

The Honor Win series is expected to launch in China on December 26 and it will be the brand’s first range of smartphones focused on gaming performance. Although Honor has already shared a few confirmed details about these devices, a fresh leak has now surfaced, revealing information about the camera specifications of the upcoming phones.

According to information shared by a tipster on Weibo, both the Honor Win and Honor Win RT smartphones are expected to feature a 50MP Sony LYT-700 sensor as their main rear camera along with a 12MP ultrawide camera. The tipster also claims that both phones will feature a high resolution 50MP front camera.

Honor has confirmed that the Honor Win smartphone will come with a triple rear camera setup while the Win RT model will be limited to a dual camera system. Additionally, the Honor Win model will also offer a 50MP Sony IMX856 telephoto lens allowing users to capture photos with up to 3x optical zoom.

Both handsets are expected to feature an ultrasonic in display fingerprint scanner providing secure unlocking directly from the screen. In addition, the devices are said to support 5,920Hz PWM dimming for better display performance and eye comfort.

Both the Honor Win and Win RT smartphones are expected to be equipped with a large 10,000mAh battery which also supports fast 100W wired charging for quick power top ups. When it comes to performance, the Honor Win is said to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor whereas the Win RT will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC.
