A summary of historical weekly sales data for the Huawei Mate 80 series
Recently, digital blogger “Digital Technology Big Bang VVV” compiled sales data for the Huawei Mate 80 series over the past fifteen weeks, showing a strong overall growth curve with slight fluctuations.
Data shows that the Huawei Mate 80 series had a strong start after its release at the end of 2025, with sales reaching 376,600 units in the 48th week. It then experienced a period of steady growth, with sales fluctuating steadily between 200,000 and 260,000 units.
The real surge occurred in the 7th week of 2026, with sales soaring to 468,400 units, a new high for the period. Although there was a subsequent correction, sales remained above 250,000 units overall.
From a low of 200,700 units to a peak of 468,400 units, the Mate 80 series achieved a net weekly sales increase of over 260,000 units. This achievement is attributed to its continuous innovation in imaging, communication and other fields, as well as a stable supply chain. It not only demonstrates Huawei’s dominance in the high-end market, but also serves as strong proof of the strong recovery of its terminal business.

The Huawei Mate 80 series will be released in November 2025, with a total of four models.
The Mate 80 is equipped with a Kirin 9020 chip, a 6.75-inch OLED flat screen, and a rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera, a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto lens. It supports 66W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The Mate 80 Pro is upgraded with the Kirin 9030 chip and also features a 6.75-inch OLED flat screen. The rear main camera is upgraded to a super-focusing lens, the telephoto lens is upgraded to a 48-megapixel periscope macro telephoto lens, and the charging power is upgraded to 100W wired and 80W wireless.
The higher-end Mate 80 Pro Max and Mate 80 RS Master are both equipped with the Kirin 9030 Pro chip, a 6.9-inch dual-layer OLED screen, and a rear camera system featuring a 50-megapixel ultra-focusing main camera and dual 50-megapixel telephoto lenses, supporting 4x and 6.2x optical zoom respectively.
