According to a report by Fast Technology on June 12, blogger Digital Chat Station has released the latest information, stating that the REDMI K90 Ultra will be officially released later this month. The new phone will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Ultra flagship mobile platform, and its core chip is completely consistent with the already released REDMI K90.

This is the second REDMI Ultra series phone to feature a Snapdragon flagship chip, following the K50 Ultra. The previous iterations, the K60 Ultra, K70 Ultra, and K80 Ultra, all used MediaTek Dimensity flagship platform chips.

The REDMI K90 Max, which was previously officially announced, has a starting price of 2,999 yuan. As a model positioned below the Max version, the K90 Ultra will definitely be priced below 3,000 yuan, most likely falling in the price range of 2,599 yuan to 2,999 yuan, precisely targeting the mid-range flagship market with extreme cost performance.

The new phone has completed the domestic 3C certification process. Public network access information shows that the new phone comes standard with 100W wired flash charging. Combined with the consistent configuration logic of the REDMI K series, the new phone’s battery will continue the K series’ consistent ultra-large capacity level, which can fully meet the high-intensity needs of users.

This time, the Supreme series has switched back to Qualcomm’s flagship chip after several generations, which also means that REDMI wants to further expand its user base in the performance flagship line and give consumers who are used to the Snapdragon chip tuning experience more high-performance and cost-effective options.
