The REDMI K90 Ultra has finally been officially announced and will be officially launched this month, with the release expected next Thursday.

The new phone is now available for pre-order, and a 9.9 yuan lucky bag is also available, which includes a Xiaomi Air4 SE wireless earphone worth 199 yuan and a 365-day replacement-only guarantee worth 199 yuan.

In addition, students who purchase the device will receive a number of benefits, including a free Xiaomi power bank with built-in cable (20000mAh 33W) worth 129 yuan and a Xiaomi 6A L-type Type-C fast charging data cable worth 35 yuan.

Enjoy an additional subsidy of 200 yuan for trade-in, with a maximum subsidy of 1,300 yuan; plus 1 year of water damage protection, 1 year of screen breakage protection, and a game exclusive gift pack.

Xiaomi Group President Lu Weibing stated that in 2026, the industry will experience a general price increase, and performance phones in the 2-3K price range will be scarce. REDMI is well aware of the industry’s predicament, but will not let everyone down. The mission of the K90 Ultra is to maintain the 3K price range and fight for the freedom of gaming performance in the 3K price range.

Performance is the biggest highlight of this phone. It features the industry’s most powerful active air cooling system, which is expected to be the same as the K90 Max. Paired with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Ultra processor, its overall performance can even rival that of the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra.

With external specifications on par with the K90 Max, it is expected to feature a 6.8-inch 1.5K resolution, 165Hz high refresh rate e-sports straight screen, adapted for mobile game control; and a built-in super large capacity battery of over 8000mAh, paired with 100W wired fast charging.

In addition, the model is equipped with features such as 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, symmetrical dual speakers, and a large-size X-axis motor, providing a comprehensive user experience.
