Honor X60 Pro officially released: the only mobile phone in its class that supports satellite communications
Honor X60 Pro was officially released this evening.
In terms of price, the Honor X60 Pro 8GB+128GB is priced at 1,499 yuan , 8GB+256GB is priced at 1,699 yuan, 12GB+256GB is priced at 1,999 yuan, and 12GB+512GB is priced at 2,299 yuan.
As a new member of the X series, this phone supports two-way Beidou satellite messaging for the first time (only supported by the 512GB version), making it the only phone under 3,000 yuan that supports satellite communications.
It is reported that Beidou satellite messages cover 100% of China’s land area and can carry geographic location when sent. Mobile phones can directly connect to satellite services without the need for ground networks and can still achieve real-time SMS communication. The average satellite sending time is only 9.8 seconds.
The Honor X60 Pro also has the largest 6600mAh Qinghai Lake battery in history, which is 7.7% higher than the graphite negative electrode lithium-ion battery of the same specification. The battery can easily support consumers’ normal use for two days, truly achieving “one charge for two days”.
In terms of protection performance, Honor X60 Pro has upgraded the Tai Chi shock-absorbing architecture 2.0, using higher-strength ultra-deep tempered glass, combined with a four-corner honeycomb design, internal space optimization and high-elastic shock-absorbing materials to further enhance its drop resistance.
The anti-drop height has been increased from 1.5 meters of the X50 to 2 meters, becoming the highest drop height in the industry. It can effectively cope with falls on complex road surfaces such as blind stones, bluestone slabs, asphalt roads, and cobblestones.
More importantly, the Honor X60 Pro has upgraded its three-layer waterproof structure, and the entire machine is 360° washable. It can cope with various splashes and accidental falls in life, truly achieving full body waterproofness and no leakage.
In terms of core configuration, the Honor X60 Pro is equipped with a 6.78-inch Honor Oasis eye-protection screen, Qualcomm’s first-generation Snapdragon 6 platform, an 8-megapixel front camera, a 100-megapixel rear main camera, and supports 66W flash charging.
