Honor will hold a new product launch conference to officially release the first product in the Honor GT series, “Honor GT”.

Honor CEO Zhao Ming said that the new GT is of great significance to Honor and the Honor GT series will be created at any cost.

The Honor GT is available in three colors: Ice Crystal White, Phantom Black, and Aurora Green. The Aurora Green version reproduces Honor’s classic oversized logo design, paying tribute to the popular Honor 30 series of that year.

In terms of core configuration, the Honor GT is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and the self-developed Honor Phantom Engine, which includes Honor AI rendering and display separation technology, Honor AI film detection technology, and Honor’s self-developed AI power consumption adaptive technology.

It is understood that Honor’s AI rendering and display separation technology can predict possible stuck frames in the game through AI monitoring, and keep the game screen smooth by rendering and filling in the gaps in advance.

According to the actual game test of the UP host, when running “Genshin Impact” at the highest picture quality, the Honor GT turned on the AI rendering separation technology. The game performance increased from an average frame rate of 58.4FPS and a 1% Low frame rate of 27.8FPS to an average frame rate of 59.9FPS and a 1% Low frame rate of 54.1FPS.

According to reports, the Honor GT will be equipped with a 6.7-inch 1.5K straight screen, 2664*1200 resolution, support 3840Hz PWM dimming, up to 16GB memory and 1TB storage, equipped with an X-axis motor.

The new phone has a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX906 main rear camera. It supports OIS optical image stabilization, is 7.7mm thick and weighs 196g.
