Honor has released the HONOR Android 16 beta 3 MagicOS developer preview version, which supports the Honor Magic7 Pro model.

However, it is currently only for developers to help developers experience the features of the new version first and develop corresponding functions. It is strongly not recommended for ordinary users to download and use it.

The upgrade will not clear user data, but users are still recommended to back up data before testing; the upgraded system uses a new user partition, which is not shared with the original system user partition. The data of the original system user partition cannot be obtained on the new system.

Officials said that currently known issues include: the phone has a low probability of restarting in some scenarios.

It is worth noting that Android 16 has now entered the final stage of testing.

Google has previously released Android 16 Beta 4. As the last test version before the official version is released, it is planned to launch the official version for general users in June 2025, and everyone will be able to see the complete version soon.
