They revealed that the device will be released within the next two months, with a starting RAM of 12GB.

In terms of appearance,
the Huawei Mate 80 Air will continue the design language of its predecessor, featuring a rear circular Deco camera module, and its product positioning will remain basically the same as its predecessor.

Based on current leaks, the Huawei Mate 80 Air is expected to be equipped with the Kirin 9030 series chip, support Red Maple Imaging Technology, and have a 7-inch screen.
For reference, the Huawei Mate 70 Air will be launched in November 2025, with a starting price of 4199 yuan.
This phone features a slim and large-screen design, with a body thickness of only 6.6mm and a weight of approximately 208g, making it the thinnest candybar phone in the history of the Huawei Mate series.
In terms of core configuration, the Huawei Mate 70 Air offers two chip versions: Kirin 9020A and Kirin 9020B, and features a 7-inch OLED immersive screen on the front.
