Xiaomi has officially announced that the upcoming Poco X6 Pro, set to launch on January 11, will be the first smartphone from the company to feature the new HyperOS right out of the box. This move highlights the Poco X6 Pro’s significance in Xiaomi’s product lineup. However, it’s noted that the other two smartphones scheduled to launch alongside the Poco X6 Pro will not have this advantage and are expected to run MIUI initially.

The Poco X6 series, including the Poco M6 Pro 4G, is eagerly awaited for the January 11 launch event. Xiaomi has been gradually revealing details about these devices. While the Poco X6 Pro enjoys the distinction of launching with HyperOS, the standard Poco X6, and the Poco M6 Pro 4G will initially come with MIUI. The Poco X6 is expected to feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, and the Poco M6 Pro 4G will be powered by the Helio G99-Ultra.

The Poco X6 Pro, equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra, is particularly noteworthy. Xiaomi has teased an impressive AnTuTu total score of 1,464,228 for the device, indicating its strong performance capabilities.

This launch represents a significant step for Xiaomi as it introduces HyperOS to its global audience with the Poco X6 Pro, while also showcasing the capabilities of its latest chipsets in the other models.
