REDMI K80 Extreme Edition is online: it has three core selling points
REDMI K80 Extreme Edition obtained network access permission, and its model is 25060RK16C.
Compared with K80, the K80 Extreme Edition has been upgraded to the new MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ platform. This chip uses TSMC’s 3nm process and is equipped with a second-generation full-large core architecture. It is MediaTek’s most powerful mobile phone chip.
Its octa-core CPU includes 1 Arm Cortex-X925 super core with a main frequency of up to 3.73GHz, 3 Cortex-X4 super cores and 4 Cortex-A720 large cores, and integrates MediaTek’s eighth-generation AI processor NPU 890.
In addition, the Dimensity 9400+ extends the Bluetooth connection between mobile phones within line of sight to 10 kilometers, which is 6.6 times the connection distance of the Dimensity 9400. It also adds support for Beidou satellite orbit information. Even without a cellular network connection, the first positioning time (TTFF) can be accelerated by 33%.
In addition to being equipped with Dimensity 9400+, REDMI K80 has three core selling points. Among this wave of sub-series performance phones, the K80 Extreme Edition is the only sub-series flagship equipped with a metal middle frame, the only one equipped with an extra-large battery, and the only one with fully equipped peripherals.
