It is reported that the REDMI Note 17 Pro Max is equipped with a 10000mAh super-large capacity battery, which has the power bank-level battery life. It is the first mobile phone product under Xiaomi to be equipped with a 10000mAh super-large capacity battery.

Meanwhile, the device also supports 100W wired fast charging and 27W wired reverse charging, enabling it to function as a power bank to provide emergency power to other devices. It not only completely eliminates users’ battery anxiety but also provides assistance to others in critical moments.
Despite packing in a massive 10,000mAh battery, the REDMI Note 17 Pro Max still maintains a relatively slim and lightweight design, with a thickness of only 8.57 mm and a weight of approximately 229.5 grams.

More importantly, the camera features an internal shock-absorbing structure and has received SGS drop protection certification. It also supports IP66 and IP68 dust and water resistance, allowing users to even shoot and record videos underwater.

In terms of hardware configuration, the REDMI Note 17 Pro Max features a 6.83-inch 1.5K resolution 120Hz high refresh rate flat screen, powered by Qualcomm’s fifth-generation Snapdragon 6 mobile platform, a rear dual-camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, and comes pre-installed with Android 16 operating system.
It is worth noting that the launch event also saw the release of an entry-level model, the REDMI 17 4G, with a starting price of 29,980 yen (approximately 1,265 yuan, 4GB+128GB version).

The phone features a 6.9-inch HD+ resolution screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Helio G91 Ultra processor, a 50MP main rear camera, an 8MP front camera, a 7500mAh battery, and supports 45W fast charging. The simultaneous release of these two new phones further enriches Xiaomi’s product portfolio in the Japanese market.
