Leak claims to reveal Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE specifications

Samsung is rumored to be gearing up for the launch of a budget-friendly foldable phone, likely named the Galaxy Z Flip FE. According to a recent report, its specifications may closely resemble those of the Galaxy Z Flip 6, offering a similar experience at a lower price point. Here’s what we know so far:

Rumored Galaxy Z Flip FE Features and Specs

According to tipster @PandaFlashPro, the Galaxy Z Flip FE will feature the same display as the Galaxy Z Flip 6, though brightness may be capped at 1,900 nits. It’s expected to use the same Ultra Thin Glass (UTG) technology for foldable screen protection. Other hardware, including the flat Armor Aluminum frame, hinge, and Gorilla Glass Victus, might also be carried over from the Galaxy Z Flip 6.

Camera-wise, the Galaxy Z Flip FE could feature a 50MP primary camera and a 10MP front-facing camera for selfies. The phone is rumored to run on an Exynos chip, potentially the Exynos 2500, and support Wi-Fi 6E and 25W fast charging. Additional features might include water-resistance sealing, stereo speakers, and Samsung’s ProVisual Engine.

Software is expected to include Android 15 (One UI 7.x), similar to the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Fold 7. However, it may lack some Galaxy AI features due to limitations with the NPU.

Despite some differences, such as the screen’s peak brightness and unconfirmed water-resistance ratings, the Galaxy Z Flip FE appears to offer much of the same functionality as the Galaxy Z Flip 6. If you’re curious about how the Galaxy Z Flip 6 performs, check out our review in the video below.

The Galaxy Z Flip FE is rumored to launch alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Fold 7 this August. While it’s expected to be more affordable than the Galaxy Z Flip 7, pricing details remain under wraps.
