Fast Technology reported that AnTuTu released its May 2026 performance ranking of Android flagship phones. The results were quite interesting: the Snapdragon 8 Ultra Gen5 almost swept the top ten, while the Dimensity 9500 only made it into one model.

This ranking is based on average benchmark scores from May 1st to 31st, and 9 out of the top 10 devices use the Snapdragon 8 Ultra Gen5 chip.

Among them, the Red Magic 11S Pro+ took first place with a score of 4,171,821. This phone has also been overclocked and optimized, making it the highest-scoring model at present.

Other models on the list include the iQOO 15, Red Magic 11 Pro+, realme GT8 Pro, OPPO Find X9 Ultra Satellite Communication Edition, Honor WIN, and Honor Magic8 Pro, with scores mostly between 3.79 million and 4.14 million.

The only Dimensity 9500 device is the iQOO 15T, ranking ninth with a score of 3,802,891. Compared to Snapdragon devices, the gap is quite significant, which explains why everyone says Snapdragon is dominating this time.

It’s clear that the Snapdragon 8 Ultra Gen5’s performance advantage is indeed very stable, and overclocked models have pushed the performance ceiling even higher. On the Dimensity side, there’s only one model currently holding its own; whether more models can step up the ranks depends on the performance of new phones released in the second half of the year.
