 today, Unisoc announced that its 5G mobile platforms T820, T770, T765, T760, T750 and 4G platforms T620, T619, T616, T615, T612, and T606 have completed the simultaneous upgrade to Android 15.

It is understood that compared with previous Android releases, this year’s simultaneous upgrade to Android 15 has three major improvements:

A set of standardized security configuration and performance optimization measures were customized and implemented for customers, including a comprehensive review of system security, enhanced data processing and privacy protection, etc., to ensure that the upgraded system can meet the latest security standards and customer needs.

The Unisoc chip platform has a more efficient and extended problem maintenance and testing solution, which can perform fault demarcation and location analysis more quickly, allowing the chip platform to quickly become compatible with the latest Android system version and keep hardware drivers and system software updated independently.

Based on Android 15, UNISOC has optimized the game frame stabilization solution, UNISOC Framework resource management center and other functions at the software and hardware levels, and optimized and implemented performance of underlying technologies such as CPU, algorithms, audio and video, and AI Codec dynamic encoding and decoding.

Unisoc said that in order to better support OEM and ODM manufacturers to upgrade to Android 15, Unisoc will also hold Android 15 special training in Shenzhen and Shanghai to provide underlying technical support for terminal manufacturers adopting the Unisoc platform.
