Xiaomi has officially confirmed the launch of the Redmi K70 series, which includes the Redmi K70, Redmi K70 Pro, and Redmi K70E, set to debut on November 29 in China. The Redmi K70E is expected to be released as the Poco F6 in India and other international markets, having already received various certifications, including India’s BIS and Singapore’s IMDA.

The standard Redmi K70 will likely be introduced outside China as the Poco F6 Pro, a device that has also received IMEI and IMDA certifications. The Redmi K70 Pro, however, is rumored to be exclusive to the Chinese market.

Ahead of its debut, Xiaomi has unveiled the complete renders of the Redmi K70 Pro through a post on Weibo, showcasing the device in Black and White color options. The renders highlight a centered single punch-hole cut-out and uniformly thin bezels. The phone features a raised rectangular camera island with three individual camera rings and a single flashlight ring.

The camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a telephoto sensor capable of 2x optical zoom. The rear panel of the device has a textured finish, and the top houses an infrared sensor and a secondary microphone.

The design of the Redmi K70 Pro also includes a power button and volume controls on the right side, while the left side remains bare except for antenna lines. The device’s width is 74.9mm, making it comfortable for single-handed use, and it boasts a metal frame made of aluminum alloy with a curved edge design.

Redmi has also shared a teaser revealing that the K70 Pro will feature a 6.67-inch OLED screen, although the resolution and refresh rate have not been officially confirmed. Rumors suggest the device might sport a 2K resolution OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the phone is expected to incorporate a new generation of heat-dissipation materials.

The Redmi K70 Pro is set to offer significant advancements in AI performance, with improvements of over 90% as per the brand’s claims. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, making Xiaomi the first brand to launch a smartphone with this chipset. The device will run on Hyper OS based on Android 14 and is rumored to include a 5120mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
