Xuanjie O1 is Xiaomi’s first independently developed and designed 3nm flagship SoC. Xiaomi has become the first company in mainland China and the fourth in the world that can independently develop and design 3nm flagship SoC.

Following Xiaomi Xuan Ring, Google has also joined the self-developed Soc camp. Google is about to release its annual flagship Pixel 10 series in August, which will be equipped with Google Tensor G5 for the first time.

The exposed Pixel 10 real machine shows that Google Tensor G5 adopts an 8-core design. The CPU consists of 1*Cortex-X4 3.9GHz+5*Cortex-A725 3.05GHz+2*Cortex-A520 2.2GHz, the GPU is IMG DXT-48-1536, and it is equipped with an external Samsung Exynos 5400 baseband. The baseband model identified by DevCheck Pro software is g5400.

According to the information, Samsung’s Exynos 5400 baseband is the first solution of its kind to achieve a total bandwidth of 380 MHz in the FR1 frequency band.

In addition, the Exynos 5400 uses 1024 Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM) technology to achieve a transmission rate of up to 11.2 Gbit/s using FR1 alone. Compared with FR2, the FR1 band generally has fewer signal attenuation issues. By making full use of the FR1 band, the modem can provide a more reliable and efficient connection.

In addition, the Exynos 5400 baseband chip is manufactured based on a 4nm process and has lower power consumption.
