MediaTek Dimensity 9500’s ray tracing performance surges over 40%

According to the latest leaks, the new generation Drage Immortalis GPU used in the Dimensity 9500 will adopt a new microarchitecture, which will greatly increase its capabilities. According to previous leaks, the computing power of the Dimensity 9500 GPU is expected to reach 100 TOPS, further enhancing the AI application experience. The Dimensity 9500 is expected to be manufactured using TSMC’s third-generation 3nm process N3P, and will continue to use an all-large-core CPU architecture, including one super-large core Travis, three super-large cores Alto, and four large cores Gelas. All of them are first launches. Travi and Alto belong to the X9 series and support the Arm SME instruction set, while Gelas belongs to the A7 series.
