Nubia’s first large folding phone! Nubia Fold released: starting at 8150 yuan.
Fast Technology reported that Nubia launched its first large foldable screen phone, the Nubia Fold, in Japan, priced at 178,560 yen, approximately 8,150 yuan.
In terms of core configuration, the Nubia Fold features an 8-inch inner screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2480×2200, an outer screen of 6.5 inches that also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 8 Ultra chip, 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, a built-in 6560mAh battery, and comes pre-installed with Android 15.

This foldable screen measures 144×160×5.4 mm when unfolded and 73×160×11.1 mm when folded, weighing 249 grams. It has an IP5X dustproof rating and an IPX4 waterproof rating.

In terms of imaging, the Nubia Fold’s rear camera system includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel macro lens. The phone also features two 20-megapixel front-facing cameras, located on the inner and outer screens respectively.


It’s worth noting that Nubia also launched a small foldable phone, the Nubia Flip 3, at this event. The phone will go on sale in Japan in January, but the price has not yet been announced.
The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400X processor, has a built-in 4610mAh battery, a 6.9-inch internal screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 4-inch external screen, a rear 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 32MP front camera, and also has an IP5X dustproof rating and an IPX4 waterproof rating. It weighs approximately 188 grams.
