Fast Technology reported that the blogger Digital Chat Station posted an article revealing the configuration of a new phone with a minor iteration powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ chip.

It has been revealed that the model features a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED four-sided equal-sided large straight screen, a large circular rear camera module, and the imaging system uses a combination of a 200-megapixel large-sensor main camera and a mid-sensor periscope telephoto lens. It also supports 3D ultrasonic fingerprint recognition and waterproofing.

In terms of battery life, the phone is expected to have a built-in 7000mAh silicon anode battery.

The blogger also revealed in the comments section that the new phone’s screen size is 6.78± inches. Based on the blogger’s hints and speculations in the comments, it is expected to be the vivo X300s.

Furthermore, according to previously leaked information, the vivo X300 Ultra in the same series will use a 6.82-inch 2K BOE flat screen.

It will support an adaptive refresh rate of 1Hz-120Hz and ultra-high frequency PWM dimming technology, and the fingerprint recognition solution will be upgraded to a third-generation 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

The screen features a four-sided narrow bezel design, with a right-angled metal frame. Compared to its predecessor, the selfie button has been removed.

The rear-mounted large circular camera module protrudes at a similar degree to the X200 Ultra, maintaining the overall compact design language.

In terms of battery life, the X300 Ultra will be equipped with a 7200mAh battery, although the global version is expected to have a smaller battery capacity. It will support 100W wired fast charging and wireless charging.

On the hardware front, the phone will be powered by the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Ultra flagship platform, featuring a rear triple-camera system with a 35mm full-sensor setup, including a 200MP Sony IMX09E main camera, a 50MP Sony LYT-828 ultra-wide-angle lens (expected), and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens.

Further reports indicate that the new vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be officially unveiled this month.
