Fast Technology reported that blogger “Digital Chat Station” revealed some core specifications of the OPPO Reno16 Pro. The new phone will continue to be endorsed by Song Yuqi.

The OPPO Reno16 Pro will be available in four colors: white, black, purple, and green, and will offer a variety of storage options including 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB.

However, the blogger also mentioned that whether the ultra-large memory version will ultimately be retained is still uncertain.

In terms of core configuration, the engineering sample features a 6.78-inch 1.5K four-sided narrow bezel straight screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ (9500s) processor, and a built-in 7000mAh-level large battery.

In terms of imaging, the new phone is equipped with a 200-megapixel main camera, supplemented by a periscope telephoto lens. The main camera is expected to use an ISOCELL HP5 sensor with a size of 1/1.56 inches.

It is understood that the Dimensity 9400+ is an upgraded version of the Dimensity 9400, using TSMC’s 3nm process. It continues the Dimensity 9400’s all-large-core CPU architecture design, including one Cortex-X925 super core, three Cortex-X4 super cores, and four Cortex-A720 large cores, with further improved clock speeds.

In comparison, the previous generation OPPO Reno15 Pro featured a 6.78-inch flat screen, a Dimensity 8450 processor, a built-in 6500mAh battery, supported 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging, and had an imaging system consisting of a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel front-facing camera.
