OPPO Find X8 series preview: the first to be equipped with Dimensity 9400


OPPO announced at an event in London this week that the next generation of its Find X series flagship phones will be available worldwide.

At the same time, OPPO also plans to bring generative AI to 50 million users worldwide, demonstrating its ambition in the smartphone field.

According to the information currently revealed, the next-generation flagship mobile phone is named Find X8 series, including two models: Find X8 and Find X8 Pro.

This series of mobile phones will be the first to be equipped with the latest Dimensity 9400 mobile platform, based on TSMC’s 3nm process and the first to launch the Arm Cortex-X925 super core, indicating that OPPO’s most powerful Dimensity flagship in history is about to be released.

Just recently, Arm officially released a new generation of CPU and GPU architecture. According to Arm’s official data, the performance of the new generation Cortex-X925 in the Geekbench single-core test is 36% higher than that of the previous generation X4. At the same time, the 3MB private L2 cache improves the performance of AI workloads by 41%.

In addition, the Dimensity 9400 is expected to integrate the new Immortalis G925 GPU. Compared with the previous generation G720, the new GPU has increased the speed of graphics applications by 37% and the ray tracing performance of complex objects by 52%.

OPPO’s Zhou Yibao revealed that the Find X8 series performs well in all aspects. It not only has powerful camera capabilities and excellent performance, but also is equipped with a large-capacity battery and excellent battery life, while maintaining a light and thin design.

The Find X8 series is expected to officially debut in the fourth quarter of this year, bringing a new smartphone experience to global consumers.
