Oppo Reveals Official Launch Schedule for the Find N6
Oppo has officially shared details about the launch timeline for its upcoming Find N6 smartphone in China. According to a post on its official Weibo account the device is expected to be unveiled shortly after the Chinese New Year celebrations. Since the festival falls on February 17 and considering the extended holiday period that typically follows in China, it is reasonable to predict that the Find N6 will likely be launched in the final week of February or during the first week of March.
This timing is consistent with the launch schedule of its predecessor the Find N5 which was officially unveiled last year on February 19 and subsequently released a week later on February 26. Oppo is promising that the Find N6 will improve upon its predecessor by offering a foldable display with an even smaller crease. The company appears to have taken user feedback seriously, as polls conducted on Weibo revealed that the crease was the feature most frequently cited as a concern by potential buyers.

The upcoming Oppo Find N6 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset delivering high end performance suitable for demanding applications and gaming. Reports indicate that the phone could come with an advanced camera system including a 200MP main lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, a 50MP ultrawide lens and dual 20MP selfie cameras for the front and secondary screens. In terms of memory and storage the Find N6 could offer up to 16GB of RAM and as much as 1TB of internal storage. It is rumored to house a 6,000 mAh battery capable of 80W wired fast charging and is likely to weigh about 225 grams. For comparison, the Oppo Find N5 offered a configuration of 16GB RAM and 512GB storage priced at around €1,429 or £1,696.
