The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A35 5G, a mid-range smartphone, is set to make its debut in the first quarter of 2024. This information comes from the first renders of the device, which have recently surfaced online. These renders, shared by the well-known leaker Steve @onleaks in collaboration with MySmartPrice, reveal a design that is both familiar and slightly updated from its predecessor, the Galaxy A34.

The Galaxy A35 is expected to feature a mix of flat panels on both the front and back, with rounded corners, giving it a somewhat boxy appearance. Notably, the back of the device will sport a triple camera array, a design element consistent with other Galaxy phones released this year.

The front of the Galaxy A35 is particularly interesting, as it boasts a flat display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, a notable upgrade from the notched Infinity-V display of its predecessor. The display is reported to be 6.6 inches, mirroring the size of the previous model.

In terms of physical design, the Galaxy A35 appears to have a mostly flat frame, with a slight protrusion on one side where the hardware buttons are located. The dimensions of the device are approximately 61.6 x 77.9 x 8.2 mm, as per the leaked information.

While specific details about the internal specifications of the Galaxy A35 are not yet confirmed, it is anticipated to be a mid-tier offering in Samsung’s lineup. It is likely to be powered by either a MediaTek or Exynos chipset. The display is also expected to feature a high 120Hz refresh rate panel, enhancing the visual experience.

The software aspect of the Galaxy A35 is also of interest. With the One UI 6 already rolling out to existing Galaxy devices, it is expected that the Galaxy A35 will come with Android 14-based One UI 6, or possibly One UI 6.1 if Samsung releases it by the time the phone launches.

This information about the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G provides a glimpse into what consumers can expect from Samsung’s mid-range smartphone offerings in the near future. The combination of updated design elements and expected hardware improvements make the Galaxy A35 a device to look out for in the coming year.
