vivo X300e has been registered: 6.6-inch mid-screen + Snapdragon 8 Gen5 processor.
According to Fast Technology on July 4th, the vivo X300e has been filed for recordation, and 3C certification shows that it supports 90W fast charging. The phone is expected to be released during the summer season.
According to blogger Smart Pikachu, the device will feature a 6.6-inch mid-sized screen and a rectangular back panel, likely similar in design to the S60 series.
In terms of imaging, it features a Zeiss periscope triple camera, a built-in 7000mAh large battery, and is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen5 processor.

The chip is built on TSMC’s 3nm N3P process and uses Qualcomm’s self-developed Oryon architecture CPU, consisting of 2*3.8GHz super cores + 6*3.32GHz large cores, paired with Adreno 850 graphics core, hardware support for second-generation ray tracing, and built-in Hexagon fifth-generation NPU.
It can stably output large model inference, AI image and text processing, and high frame rate rendering for games on the local device side. It is not prone to frequency reduction and lag when running multiple tasks in the background or large mobile games for a long time.
The device is expected to feature an aluminum alloy metal frame and double-sided glass, support IP68 dust and water resistance, and include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, full-function NFC, and Wi-Fi 7.
With costs soaring, we will see more mid-range flagship models with similar “e” suffixes in the future, offering users more competitively priced options.
