iQOO 15 Ultra first exposure: the first Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 Ultra flagship
Blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that iQOO’s end-of-year iteration of the flagship iQOO 15 series will bring two models, a standard version and an Ultra version.
Among them, the iQOO 15 Ultra adopts a 2K LIPO straight screen, is the first to be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 platform, is equipped with a periscope telephoto lens, supports wireless charging, has a built-in active cooling fan, and supports IP68 dust and water resistance.
Compared with the previous generation iQOO 13, the iQOO 15 Ultra not only returns to the straight screen form, but also adds a periscope telephoto and an active cooling fan. Its imaging and performance are expected to be greatly improved.
In addition, the iQOO 15 Ultra adopts a new LIPO packaging process, which compresses the screen border width to the extreme by optimizing the display driver chip and circuit layout, providing a better visual experience.
More importantly, LIPO adopts a higher-density connection design, which significantly reduces the number and length of signal transmission channels, thereby reducing the border width while ensuring the stability and high speed of signal transmission.
As usual, iQOO 15 Pro will be officially unveiled in October. It will be the industry’s first Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 Ultra flagship.
