Blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that vivo X300 Pro will launch a new 200-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor. This sensor is jointly developed by vivo and Samsung. It has a large 1/1.4-inch bottom and uses VCS bionic spectral technology.

It is understood that the full name of VCS bionic spectral technology is vivo Camera-Bionic Spectrum. Its principle is based on in-depth research on the human eye’s biological visual system (Human Vision). It uses the bionic human cone cell color vision method to improve the Color Filter, allowing the image sensor to have better noise performance and color reproduction from the stage of receiving image information.

This is equivalent to improving the high-quality imaging and color accuracy of “restoring what the eyes see” at the source, thereby making the “algorithm compensation and optimization” link after image perception more efficient.

More importantly, the combination of VCS bionic spectral technology and the sensor’s customized filter can further ensure that the information received by the sensor is as close to the human eye as possible, which is an important part of vivo’s full-link imaging technology.

According to leaks, vivo X300 Pro will be launched in October this year. The phone will also be the first to be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9500 flagship platform and pre-installed with the latest OriginOS 6 operating system.
