Vivo X300 FE: Expected Color Options, RAM and Storage Variants
The Vivo X300 FE is rumored to be launching in the near future. The phone has already received certifications across multiple regions indicating that the company is preparing for its launch. The device was also seen on Geekbench, giving a glimpse into its performance capabilities. Recently, a tipster has shared information regarding the color options the phone might come in, as well as the various RAM and storage variants it could offer.
A tipster has shared that the upcoming Vivo X300 FE is expected to come in two different configurations: one with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, and another with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. As for colors, the tipster says that Black and Blue versions will be available, while other color options might also be introduced in the future.

The upcoming Vivo X300 FE is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, which should offer top of the line performance. According to a recent Geekbench listing, the phone will come with Android 16 installed, providing users with the latest features and improvements right out of the box.
The Vivo X300 FE is expected to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, following the same pattern as the X200 FE, which was based on the S30 Pro Mini. In that case, the phone might come equipped with a 6.31-inch AMOLED screen, a 50MP main rear camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera capable of 3x optical zoom, and a 6,500mAh battery for long-lasting performance.
