OPPO Find X8 series will be released tomorrow, price remains a mystery
The OPPO Find X8 series will be released globally at 19:00 on October 24. As the release date approaches, more and more information about the new series is leaked online. According to the leak,
the first batch of OPPO Find X8 series will launch two models, Find X8 and Find X8 Pro, and the Find X8 Ultra version will be released in the first quarter of next year.
In terms of appearance, the OPPO Find X8 standard version adopts ultra-narrow bezels, and the four sides are physically equal in width. It is equipped with a pure straight screen, and the transition of the middle frame feels very smooth. Zhou Yibao, the person in charge of the OPPO Find series products, said that the OPPO Find X8 is lighter and thinner than the previous generation, with a thickness starting with 7 digits and a weight starting with 1 digit. The camera bulge is smaller and it comes standard with a periscope telephoto. In addition, it also comes standard with IP68/IP69 full-level waterproof, 50W wireless charging/reverse charging, infrared remote control, smart NFC, classic three-stage mute button, dual speakers and X-axis linear motor,
and supports network-free communication, and supports taking and sending live pictures. These are basically standard for the Pro version, which is also very light and thin, with a small camera bulge.
In terms of specific configuration, according to the leak, OPPO Find X8 is equipped with a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits peak brightness, and supports 2160Hz PWM dimming. The new phone is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, supplemented by LPDDR5x memory and UFS 4.0 storage. It has a built-in 5630mAh large-capacity battery and supports 80W wired charging and 50W wireless (magnetic) charging.
OPPO Find X8 Pro uses a slightly larger 6.78-inch BOE micro-curved display, which also supports 120Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits maximum brightness and 2160Hz PWM dimming. In terms of processor, Find X8 Pro is consistent with Find X8, both equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor. However, the battery capacity of this phone is slightly higher, reaching 5910mAh.
In terms of imaging, OPPO Find X8 uses a triple-camera single periscope, while Find X8 Pro uses a quad-camera dual periscope. Find X8 has a rear Hasselblad triple-camera system, including a Sony LYT-700 50-megapixel main camera, a Samsung JN5 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a LYT-600 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera that supports 3x zoom.
